Message Delivery
-We rely on telecom partners for message delivery. We do our best but cannot guarantee 100% delivery due to factors beyond our control (like recipient’s phone status or network coverage).
Payment & Refunds
All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for unused or undelivered messages. Wallet credits expire after 12 months of inactivity.
